We are a team of ambitious people who out of our love for food and wine created the concept KöD. KöD translates to ‘meat’ in Danish, which is the pride and passion of our concept. The concept is simple: perfect cooked steaks with delicious side orders, high quality wines, and last but not least: an atmosphere that hopefully makes you want to come back.

Are you a born leader?
As a leader in the kitchen, your most important task is to lead, structure and distribute the resources in the kitchen. Thus, your job is to manage and develop kitchen operations and produce outstanding food while maintaining the highest standards.
As a Head Chef / Sous Chef, you will be employed full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a busy restaurant. Experience in quality premium steak restaurants is desirable but not essential. Cooking must be more than an interest – it must be your passion, and as a guest, you must be able to taste and feel that.

As part of the kitchen team, your most important task is to give our guests a dining experience that tastes like passion, quality, skill and finesse.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be employed full-time or part-time. You will be working in a kitchen that is focused on quality as well as seasonal British ingredients.
You will be part of a fantastic kitchen team that complements each other daily with fantastic food, exceptional service and bad jokes. You get the opportunity to put your stamp on the menu, so you need to be in touch with your creative side – both good and bad ideas are received with high-fives!

Are you passionate about giving your guests a great experience?
As a waiter, it is your most important task to make sure – together with your colleagues – that our guests have a wonderful restaurant experience and do not miss anything during their visit.
As a waiter, you will experience flexible working hours, full-time or part-time. We are so lucky to be part of an industry in rapid development. Therefore, it is extremely important that you thrive in change processes and can navigate the dynamics and change with a stable and positive mood.
We expect you to have some experience from and knowledge of the restaurant industry. Still, most importantly, you are happy, outgoing, present and smiling in your approach to other guests and colleagues.
Do you love to cook?
As a Kitchen Assistant, it is your most important task to help and assist where needed so that, together with your team, you can give our guests a dining experience beyond the usual.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will typically be employed part-time. We emphasize high spirits and drive and would rather you want to – then we make sure you CAN. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will help our chefs deliver a wonderful menu to our guests. You thrive on being busy, have a good overview and always have a smile on your face.
We expect you to be a team player with a high work pace and face all kinds of challenges with a positive attitude. In addition, we would like you to have a natural interest in food and beverages. It’s a plus if you have experience in either hotel, restaurant or catering.
Are you cheerful and have a high work pace?
The function of a Runner / Dishwasher is absolutely vital for a successful and smooth service! You make it possible for both the kitchen and the waiter teams to cook the food and deliver the service and quality that we highly value.
As a Runner / Dishwasher, we promise you working days at full speed. Your most important tasks are washing dishes, pots and machines and, at the same time, making sure that both the dishwashing and service areas appear tidy and clean.
The position will be part-time. Previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude and your drive.
